Study on dynamic simulation of hammer crusher

According to the operation performance of the hammer crusher,the paper provided the impact coal crushing mechanism of the hammer crusher.The 3D virtual assembling model of the operation part for the PCM400 hammer crusher was established with the Pro/E software.The rotational inertia of the hammer crusher was obtained.Based on the above,a dynamic simulation on the impact crushing processing of the operation part for the PCM400 hammer crusher was conducted.The hammer shaft speed and the accelerated speed variation law of the PCM400 hammer crusher during the impact crushing were obtained.During the impact crushing period of the PCM400 crusher,the speed variation rate was 0.63% and the accelerated speed variation rate was 1.26%.With all those,an optimized design on the PCM400 crusher could be made.
