Pressure Releasing Technology with Borehole Drilling and Blasting for Mine Roadway in High Stressed Strata

In order to have a detail study on the loose blasting and pressure releasing technology for the surrounding rocks of the mine roadway in the deep and high stressed rock strata,according to the deformation and failure features of the surrounding rocks in the high stressed roadway affected by the mining,the FLAC numerical simulation software was applied to simulate the loose blasting and pressure releasing of the surrounding rocks in the deep dynamic roadway.The results showed that the blasting to be made at the 5 m area between the roadway roof and the sidewall surrounding rock,when the loose area was in an axial parallel to the roadway roof and sidewall,could form a loose area around the roadway.Thus the stress in the surrounding rock shallow and the high stress in the deep of the surrounding rock of the mine roadway could be isolated.The concentrated stress of the roadway surrounding rock would be transferred to the deep sec- tion of the mine and the stressed conditions of the roadway surrounding rock could be improved.With the practices in the projects,the ra- tionality of the simulation plan was verified and the blasting parameters were optimized.
