Numerical simulation and visual display of air flow pattern in goaf

LI Zong xiang, HAI Guo zhi, QIN Shu yu(Liaoning Technical University, Fuxin 123000, China)  
The technology of finite element computer numerical simulation and viusal display has been used to thoroughly study the air flow pattern and its calculation in goaf. The equations of two dimentionnal fixed constant air flow field are solved. Resulted from above achievements, the isograms of air pressure distribution and flow line are plotted, therefore the air pressure distribution and air flowing condition can be quickly and directly reflected. Emphases are put on the discussions of the in and out changing conditions of air leakage from coal face to goaf. An equation has been obtained to express the relationship between q L and Q , that is, q L = aQ 2 .
