Study on gangue-containing aluminosilicate based cementitious materials

High performance gangue-containing aluminosilicate based cementitious materials were produced with gangue calcined at 500 ℃ and modified alkali silicates solutions as diagenetic admixture.Cementitious materials with compressive strength growth increasingly(62.1 MPa curing for 3 d and 93.15 MPa curing for 90 d) and favorable construction performance were produced through making full use of the synergistic effect of the compound of gangue,slag and fly ash.Gangue-containing aluminosilicate based cementitious materials were studied by the methods of XRD,SEM,IR and MAS NMR.The results show that the change of valence-bond and coordination changes for Si and Al.Muscovite,C-S-H gel and a zeolite-like material were found in hydration production.Based on the properties of gangue-containing aluminosilicate based cementitious materials,in situ bonding hydration mechanism was put forward.
