Hiberarchy topology control of wireless sensor networks in coal mine laneway

Took the system of personnel locations in coal mine as background,a hiberarchy wireless sensor networks model for mine laneway was introduced,a topology control method,which was based on static nodes and controlled de-ployment was advanced,the detailed arithmetic of node deployment was developed too. Furthermore,to meet the re-quirements of personnel locations system,the constraints of connectivity and coverage were studied. Finally,the charac-teristic of energy cost and routing hops were analyzed. The results show that the total energy cost and cost variance of hiberarchy wireless sensor networks are only 25% and 33% of average deploying chain-type wireless sensor networks respectively,and the hops of information relay of hiberarchy wireless sensor networks is only 1 /3 of average deploying chain-type wireless sensor networks.
