The Effects of CCC to the Content of Available Zinc and Chromium in Soil

In this experiment,we tested the effects of chlormequat chloride( CCC) treatment to the contents of available zinc and chromium of rhizospheric soil in zinc and chromium contaminated soil on two varieties of soybean( Ribenqing and Hanguosanqingdou). The CCC treatments contained 6 concentration gradients( 0、0. 50、0. 75、1. 00、1. 50、2. 00g/L). The results showed that,at seed filling stage,no significant changes of the concentrations of available zinc were detected after the treatments of spraying and soaking seeds. Compared with control,soaking seed in 0. 5g/L CCC significantly decreased the concentrations of available chromium in Ribenqing and Hanguosanqingdou. However,spraying 2. 00g/L CCC significantly decreased the concentrations of available chromium in Hanguosanqingdou.
