The Effect of Propolis on the Preservation of Grape

TIAN Xue-jun(College of Life Science and Technology,Honghe University,Mengzi 661100,China)  
The effect of propolis on the preservation of grape(variety: American black grape) was studied at 2℃.The results showed the propolis preservative kept the grape not to mildew,and have good commercial value for 50d under cold storage.
