The Theme of Sexin the Witchery and Gu (Witchey Using Poisonous Insects) Cultureamong the Ethnic Minorities Living in South China

Because of the limitation of the knowledge and the specialcircumstances, there is a widespreadbelief in witchery and Gu among the ethnic minorities living in south China. Some of the people want to charm the pursued people through the different kind of witcheries, including of the use of the sexual incantations and drugs which were made from some special plants or animals. Besides,the superstitions concerning the Gu were often influencing their ideas and marriages.
