Advance of research on several technologies for fungi identification based on genome DNA

Technology for fungi identification based on genome DNA is developing rapidly.This paper reviews the appliction of technology of DNA hybridization,analysis of restriction fragment length polymorphism for fungi mitochondrion,analysis of randomly amplified polymorphism,analysis of sequencing ribosomal DNA region and amplified fragment length polymorphism on fungi identification and system development.
