Consumer-value innovation and its dynamic management

As market competition becomes fiercer than ever before and customers' demands change more constantly,the traditional competitive strategy is no longer fit to the needs of enterprises and their development.Based on the strategetic significance and generic generic model of consumer-value innovation,this paper puts forth the ways and approaches about how to make dynamic management to realize consumer-value innovation.
