Temperature Controlled System by Dynamic Rectangula Impulse Based on PLC

The temperature controlled system adopts fuzzy control wh en the temperature is far away from the set value;while adopting PID control,t he temperature approaches the set value by PLC.The value of fuzzy control and P ID control are both transformed to the time of actual calefaction.If the maxima l heated time is set to a fixed cycle,then the changeable heated time forms dyn amic rectangular impulse in the cycle.Moreover,in order to adapt to fuzzy cont rol and PID control,hardware is also changed accordingly.The result of test ind icate,that dynamic character is improved and the required temperature precision is reached.
