Study on Content Determination of Flavonoids from Eucommiae Pollen

In this paper,we determinated the content of flavonoids in eucommiae pollen by spectrophotometry and use rutin as the standard sample and adopt NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH system for colouration. The egression equation of rutin standard curver is A=0.004 1 C+0.007 3,R=0.995 2. The detection of total flavonoids is at 510 nm wavelength and its level is 3.29%.
