The Extraction of Water Soluble Protein and its Amino Acid Composition Analysis in Safflower Seed Meal

In this paper,De-oiled safflower seed meal was extracted by salt aqueous solution to product water soluble protein with the use of cellulose,and its amino acid composition was analyzed by chromatography.The process of enzyme-decomposition and extraction were carried out in optimum pH and temperature of cellulose.Through uniform design test and computer analysis,enzyme dose 118U per gram of substrate and 25% concentration were considered reasonable.Ethanol was added to the aqueous extract up to 60% to obtain crude protein in precipitation.The amino acid composition analysis showed that there are abundant essential amino acids in crude protein.
