Current Research of the Dietary Fibre from Wheat Bran

In this article,recent development of the property,preparation and application of wheat bran dietary fibre is reviewed providing relevant. As key points,the researches on technical development applied and their effects,extraction and modification for wheat bran dietary fibre have also been discussed. Prospect was expected about extension and application of wheat bran dietary fibre. The aim is to provide materials for the utilization of wheat bran dietary fibre.
