Jujube Vinegar's Profile and Its Prospects

The jujube vinegar,mainly containing jujube,has the function of strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi,nourishing the blood and tranquilization,moistening lung to arrest cough, coordinating the drug actions of a prescription,good effects on high blood pressure,atherosclerosis,CHD and can also prevent and defeat the cancer,prolong life. With the enhancing of human's sense of health care,the health care vinegar has a wide development prospect.
