On China's Agricultural Non-point Source Pollution

Non-point source pollution is the main form of the decline in the quality of the environment in rurals in China now. It has resulted in serious consequences for ecosystem function, human health, economic development and other aspects, in particular, led to the deterioration of the water environment and water resources, which affected the fresh water resources human depend on for living. Irrational use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides is the most serious pollution source of agricultural products. This paper details description of the main reasons for non-point source pollution in China.
