The Progress of Tannin Preparation Methods

Vegetable tannins is a kind of plant secondary metabolites which are widely distributed in nature and has a variety of physiological functions.This paper introduces the concept of vegetable tannins and common vegetable tannins,and a detailed introduction of the tannin extraction and purification methods and its research progress was reviewed.
