The evaluation of the curative effects for 52 cases with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage adopted traditional operation and stereotactic aspiration

Objective To evaluate the curative effects and advantages of stereotactic operation on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 27 cases were taken traditional operation to eliminate hematoma;25 cases were taken stereotactic aspiration;to compare the two methods and to find which operation method is the better.Results The cases adopted with the stereotactic aspiration had a lower mortality and a better prognosis than the cases adopted traditional operations.Conclusion Stereotactic operation is an effective way to treat hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with advantages of accurate location,minimal invasiveness and low mortality and it had a better curative effect.
