The treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by CT guided injection ofurokinase and aspiration

4 cases with hypertensive intracerbral hemorrhage treated by CT-guided-urokinase-injection andaspiration were reported.In preoperative neurological Grades Ⅰ~ Ⅱ,the useful recovery rate was 91.3%and the mortality rate waw zero. The useful recovery rate was 55.56%and the mortality rate was 11.11%for Grades Ⅲ. The mortality rate for Grades Ⅳ~Ⅴ was 78.57%, This indicates that the preoperativeneurological Grades are closely related to the prognosis.Surgical indication, contraindication and thefactors affecting the prognosis, such as volume of hematoma,timing of surgery,ventricular perforationand rebleeding were discussed.
