Deep-processing of Brewery Mash

Brewery mash is the main by-product in beer brewing. We could produce pellet feed by dehydration with brewery mash as the main raw materials and adequate addition of yeast, mash and wheat root which has abundant nutrition. We select plate pressure filter and pressure screw extractor as thickners and calandria dehydrator and moving-bed drier as dehydrators. The pressure for materials is 0.3MPa and the oil temperature for hydraulic pressure should maintain less than 40℃, and the drier temperature 80~95℃ with pressure 0.32MPa.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
