Objective:To explore the relationship of time management inclination and subjective sense of well-being among college students. Methods:Use the Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale and Subjective Well-being Scale to survey some undergraduates. Results:It is found that there exists a positive correlativity between college students'subjective well-being and time management inclination, the stronger the time management tendency of a college student is,the more apparent a subjective sense of well-being he may have than that of a student with a low time management tendency. The time selfefficacy of a student has a pretty good predictive power for his sense of subjective well-being.
