Design on Corn Sheller by Extruding and Rubbing Method

In order to reduce labour-intensity,improve work efficiency of farmers during the threshing corn,a corn thresher was designed.The design mainly includes feed mouth,grid concave boards and a shelling cylinder with board-teeth,etc.Its characteristic is rub threshing technique used in the machine,and the machine have advantages of higher threshing performance and a lower percentage of kernel damage.It is capable of processing both common corn and seed corn.
