Design of Virtual Prototype for Harvesting Corn Stubble Based on Pro/E

As a kind of renewable biomass resources,corn stubbles are large in quantity,wide in distribution,and are of important practical significance to solve energy problems in rural areas. But mechanization harvesting for the com stubble is still a problem because the related technologies are still in a condition of blank at present. In this paper,the mechanization harvesting technology of corn stubble is put forward,the three-dimensional models of key components for corn stubble harvester are established by virtual development technology in Pro / E environment,and the virtual assembly and motion simulation analysis are finished by assembly modules of Pro / E,provide some references and basis for further trial and the development of physical prototype.
