The Design and Implementationfor Dimensional Cultivation Automatic Control System of Balcony Agriculture

This paper presents an automatic water and light replenishment control system with STM32F103 micro- controller for dimensional cultivation system of balcony agriculture with different operating requirements separately for artificial timing mode and sensor auto- sensing mode. Test results show that,the control system can achieve accurate and precision replenishment of water and light under artificial timing mode. Under the sensor auto- sensing mode,real- time soil humidity and environment light parameters can be obtained by sensors. Determination was got by the comparison between real- time data and initial threshold to run or close water and light replenishment control system to achieve effective supplies for plants growth. The designed system performed very good stability and reliability,which can meet the automatic water and light replenishment requirements for dimensional cultivation system of balcony agriculture.
