Design and Test on the Precision Hill-drop Drill of Dry Direct Seeding Rice Type of Air Suction

The dry direct seeding rice has the advantages of fast running speed,low cost and high degree of standardization. Against the given agricultural requirements of rice standard,rice precision points direct seeding machine was developed by using of dry raising seedling and thin spacing transplanting techniques. The rice seeds were hill-dropped into the small furrow on the ridge. A special designed seed separationdisc was used to control the amount of sowing seeds. A special tround row of fertilizer type of gas transport fertilizs depth of 50 mm. Field trials show that the modified device can be met with average grain of 3-4 per hole,the qualification rate is 90 %; sowing depth of the qualification rate is 80 %,the breaking rate was less than or equal to 0. 5 %,field trials show that the performance of the modified device far exceeds the industry standard.
