Arapid determination method of alcohol and real efrmentation degree in beer

WANG Ya-nan XIAO Dong-guang (College of food science and bioengineering,Tianjin University of Science and Technology Tianjin,300222,China)  
A rapid determination method of alcohol in beer was introduced.The relationship of alcohol and real fermentation degree during beer fermentation was also built.The real fermentation of beer could be calculated from it.
