DETERMINATION OF CHEMICAL STRUCTURE OF PHENANTHROINDOLIZIDINE ALKALOIDS SEPARATED FROM CYNANCHUM KOMAROVII AL.LLJINSKI

Alkaloids extracted and separated from both stems and leaves of cynanchum komarovii Al.lljinski are identified.On the basis of physicochemical properties,spectrum analysis and referential data,the structure of phenanthroindolizidine is determined.It is composed of (1) antofine,(2) N oxide antofine and (3) tylophorine.
