STUDY ON THE ADSORBING AND REFINING ALKALOID FROM CYNANCHUMKOMAROVIIAL. ILJINSKI WITH MACRO-POROUS RESIN

Cynanchum Komarovii Al.Iljinski is used as the raw material to be studied for the condition and method of adsorbing and refining alkaloid.In several types of Macro-porous resin tested,the results show that the adsorbing ability of AB-8 type is the best and acidity can influence the adsorbing ability.At pH=2 AB-8 type Macro-porous resin has the greatest adsorbing ability.The concentration of alcohol can influence the desorption.When the concentration of alcohol is 70%,the desorption is the most effective.
