In this paper,sediments and overlying water in Dahekou reservoir was chosen as the research subjects,and the release characteristics of nitrogen and phosphorus in the sediment was analyzed under different temperature,p H and hydrodynamic conditions through laboratory tests. The results showed that: 1release strength of total nitrogen and total phosphorus under high temperature conditions was significant higher than that under low temperature. They were respectively1606. 40 mg / m2 and 30. 04 mg / m2 at 25℃,which was 1. 9 and 3. 3times of those at 5℃. And the release strength of total nitrogen and total phosphorus were influenced by the concentration gradient of pore water and overlying water. This effect fluctuated over time. 2Slightly acidic or alkaline environmental conditions contribute to the release of nitrogen and phosphorus in sediment,and the release was the weakest under the condition of neutral environment. 3Strengthen water disturbance can increase the release strength of TN and TP,but the disturbance can also changes the oxygen environment of water body. And aerobic conditions inhibit the release of total nitrogen in sediment.
