AN ANALYSIS OF VITAMIN CONTENTS AND FATTY ACID COMPOSITION OF ACORN OF QUERCUS MONGOLIA FISCH

Atter thorough examination and study of nutrient composition in Acorn of Quercus mongolia Fisch, the Vitamin contents and fatty acid composition in Acorn of Quercus mongolia Fisch, were analysed. The results showed. that each 100 grams of Acorn of Quercus mongolia Fisch had VB 1 0.0726mg,VB 2 0.0950mg, VC 14.15mg, VA 1.039mg, and fatty acid mainly consisted of linoleic acid (50.98%) and oleic acid (29.41%).
