Biochemical Composition Analysis on Sabina vulgaris in Helingeer County of Inner Mongolia

A detailed measurement and analysis on the macroelements,microelements,amino acids,total-N and organic matter in Sabina vulgaris of Helingeer county of Hohhot as well as the water content,organic matter and total-N in the growth soil of Sabina vulgaris were performed.The results indicated that macroelements Ca,K,Na,Al and Mg belong to the type of CaKNaAlMg;The contents of microelements such as Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu are in different order in different organs of a plant,and the highest contents are in the leaves;The total content of amino acids is 5.20%;The order of water contents in a plant is leafstemroot;The content of Chlorophylls in leaves is the highest;The ratio of carbon content to nitrogen content(C/N) in roots,stems and leaves is 128,102 and 50.2,respectively;The order of water contents in the soil is the layer of 40~50 cmthe layer of 20~30 cmtopsoil;The deeper the soil is,the higher C/N ratio is.The results may provide reliable data and theoretical bases for improving ecological environment in west China and choosing fine tree species with wind-resistance and sand-fixation.
