Reviewing on Effects of Continuous Drought on Forest Fire

Based on the definition of continuous drought and drought grade,the effects of the continuous drought hazard was comprehensive analyzed.From the effects on forest fuel,fire origins and forest fire behavior and so on.The results showed that continuing drought would not only decrease moisture content of fuel,change fuel load and distribution of forest fuels,but also has a great influence on fire origins.Persistent drought will large fire intensity,will accelerate fire spreading speed,and enhance fire severity.In a word,continuous drought would add forest fire probabilities and improve fire intensity.
