Research Progress of the Influences of Interaction between Phonons on the Properties of the Crystal in Magnetic Field

This article is a review on our studies in recent years of for the influences of interaction between phonons of different wave vectors in the recoil process on the properties of the crystal in magnetic field. In section 1, based on a Hamiltonian of the electron-surface optical phonon and the electron - bulk longitudinal optical phonon system in magnetic field, the influence of interac-tion between phonons on the ground state energy,self - trapping energy and effective mass of the weak - coupling magnetopolaron was studied by using a linear combination operator and perturba-tion method. In section 2, the influence of interaction between phonons on the induced potential and effective mass of the surface magnetopolaron, which is a weak- coupling with the surface op-tical and bulk longitudinal optical phonons,was investigated. In section 3,the influence of the cor-responding interaction between phonons on the vibrational frequency, the induced potential and ef-fective mass of the surface magnetopolaron, which is a strong - coupling with surface optical phonon and a weak - coupling with bulk longitudinal optical phonon, was discussed. In section 4, the influence of the interaction between phonons of different wave vectors in the recoil process on the induced potential and effective mass of the surface magnetopolaron via deformation potential in polar semiconductor, which is a weak - coupling with surface acoustic phonon and a strong - cou-pling with the surface optical phonon, was studied by using improved linear combination operator and perturbation method.
