Diet Health and Diet Theory of Chinese Northern Nomadic People

ZHANG Jing-ming (Center University for Nationalities,Bejing 100081,China)  
Because of the pasture setting, Chinese northern nomadic people formed unique mode of production and living. Having a moving life , these people didn't care of the diet health firstly, and haven't the concept of diet health . Along with the interaction with culture of Middle Plain, they started to pay attention to sanitation and health of the diet, and shaped a set of unique diet culture in practice of production and real life.
