Studies on the Dry-matter Production and Distribution of Black Locust(Robinia Pseudoacia)Plantations in Eastern Henan Province

The results of the determination for biomass production of the 14-year blacklocust are as follows:The current biomass for site index classes 23,17 and 11are respectively 179.91 T/ha,100.80 T/ha and 81.35 T/ha.The amounts of e-ach of their average productivity are 12.85 T/ha·yr.,7.20 T/ha·yr.and 5.80T(?)·yr.for the same site index.The productivity is relatively high for suchEastern Henan Sandy land.
