Influence of Fertilized Types on Aroma Matter in Flue—cured Tobacco

The main components of aroma matter in flue—cured tobacco were identified and qualitatively determined by GC/MS. Components in cured leaves-of different fertilized types were quantitatively determined by GC. The main components of aroma matter gained are neophytidiene, nicotine; solanone, benzeneacetaldehyde; 10—isopropy1—3,7,13—trimethy1—2,6,11,13—tetradecaen—1— al; 1,3,6,10—cyclotetadecatetraene; 4,6 (Z),8 (E) —megastigmatrien—3-one; prenylsolanone; tetradecanoic acid; hexadecanoic acid, 2—buten—1— one, 1(2 —6,6—trimethyl—1, 3—cyclohexadien—1—YL); etc. Organic fertilizer makes neophytidiene; benzene; 2—furancar boxaldehyde; solanone; β—damascone; benzeneethanol, hexadecanoic acid higher in aroma matter and 1,3,6,10— cyclotetradecatetraene, 3, 7, 11—triethyl, benzalhyde lower.Mineral fertilizer makes 10—isoprophyl—3,7,13—trimethyl—2,6,11,13—tetradecatetraen—1 —al; benzene, 1—ethyl—cyclohexene, 2—furancarboxaldehyde lower and solanone higher. 1,3,6,10—Cyclotetradecatetraen—3, 7, 11—triethyl; 10—isopropyl—3, 7,13—trimethyl—2,6,11,13— tetradecatetraen—1—al are higher in mixed fertilizer than in mineral fertilizer. To increase the amount of organic fertilizer is an effective way to improve the quantity and quality of aroma in flue—cured tobacco.
