Effect of Different Agronomic Measures on Chromoplast Pigment and Its Degraded Products in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaf

The effect of different agronomic measures No topping(T1),Topping(T2),Topping+K-2SO-4(T3),Topping+Applying IAA 1 time(T4),Topping+K-2SO-4+ Applying IAA 1 time(T5),Topping+K-2SO-4+Applying IAA 2 times(T6)) on chromoplast pigment and its degraded products content in flue-cured tobacco leaf was studied.Results indicated that the content of chlorophyll and carotene decreased with days increasing after topping.Content of these two kinds of pigments was highest for T6 and lowest for T1 at the period of 30 days after topping.The order of content of neoplytadiene(μg·g~(-1)) degraded by chlorophyll was:T6(1 129.35)T5(1 094.06)T4(1 017.73)T3(1 011.85)T2(961.81)T1(771.15).The order of content of products degraded by carotene(μg·g~(-1)) was:T6(124.94)T5(118.02)T4(114.05)T3(98.30)T1(98.15)T2(94.04).At 30 days after topping,T6 had the highest content of chlorophyll and carotene,which can be fully degraded,and its total content of volatile aroma matter after leaf curing was highest,too.
