Study on Heavy Metal Accumulation Mechanism in Pleurotus ostreatus

The results showed that heavy metals could promote the development of hypha and abilities to anti-weed-moulds,but had different effecton the yield of Pleurotus ostreatus.Cd could enhance biological efficiency.The action of accumulation were different with different kind of heavy metals in Pleurotus ostreatus.The amount of accumulation increased with the increase of contentration of heavy metals.Heavy metals in pileus was higher than those in stipe.Zn concentration decreases in pileus when other heavy metals were added,Cu,Pb,Cd,concentration increased in Pleurotus ostreatus,and the transformation and redistribution were higher than those of any single element,and the trausforming abilities of the heavy metals are as follows:CdZnCuPb.
