Study on dynamic simulation system of natural oak growth based on artificial neural network

The growth model was established based on artificial neural network(ANN),taking the natural secondary forest oak tree in Boshan forest farm of Zhumadian as research object.In the GUI interface of MATLAB an automatic query interface was developed,according to the established growth model,using MATLAB programming language,an oak tree growing dynamic simulation system was developed.using 20 oak woods data as training samples,the estabhished model was analyzed trained.The results show that the optimal network structure is 1 ∶ 3 ∶ 2,and the overall fitting accuracy is99.16%; in diameter at breast height and tree height fitting accuracy as high as 99.97%,and99.94% indicating that the forest dynamic simultation system has which is fully compliance with the accuracy requirements of forest resource survey and prediction,simple structure and intuitive interface,and is easy to operate forest dynamics simulation system.
