Production of xylooligosaccharides from corncobs pretreated with high temperature and pressure follewed by enzymatic hydrolysis using enzyme cocktail

In this study,xylooligosaccharides from corncobs smashed by ultra mizer were obtained by composite enzyme hydrolysis after high temperature and pressure pretreatment,and the composition of xylooligosaccharides was analyzed by thin layer chromatography( TLC) and high-performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Result indicated that the optimal parameters were as following: composite enzyme containing xylanase,cellulase and hemicellulase with a ratio of 3∶ 1∶ 3,2% of composite cocktail,temperature 50 ℃,pH 6. 0,60 min of enzymatic hydrolysis. TLC and HPLC analysis showed that the major composition of xylooligosaccharides was mainly xylose,xylobiose and xylotriose,and the extraction rate of xylose,xylobiose and xylotriose were 1. 495%,3. 727% and 1. 949%,respectively.
