Research on Responsibility of Solenoid Valve Driver Circuit For High Pressure Common Rail Diesel Engine

A model for the solenoid valve driving circuit of high pressure common rail diesel engine was created in this paper.According to this module,the effects of both driving voltage and characteristics of parts on open responsibility and close responsibility were discussed and experimented in this paper.At the same time,the relations between the driving voltage,the frequency of pulse width modulation and fluctuate of driving current were also investigated.According to these studies,an ultra fast and low power dissipation solenoid valve driver module was designed.The experiments showed that it takes only 63μs for the current rising from 0A to peak current 10A and 35μs for the current falling from hold current 5A to shut down cur- rent 0.3A,which meets the strict requirements of the solenoid valve driving circuit for electrically controlled diesel engines.
