Study of Teaching Mode of“Integration of in-and-out of Class”for Swimming Teaching in Colleges

Methods of documentary, teaching practice and logic were applied in this paper to synthetically analyze the practical effect of teaching mode of “integration of in-and-out of class” for swimming teaching in colleges. Since the hours for swimming class are limited and there are relatively many students in the class, we put forward to adjust system of teaching content and stress on applying modern educational technology and changing “maintainable study” into “creative study”; innovate teaching methods by separating class according to basic skill of students, set up tutorial class in the morning exercise which was brought into uniform P.E. administration and build up a system of structure to score students. A valuable reference in the paper can be thereupon provided for construction and development of P.E. class in colleges.
