The Effects of Amino Acids Neurotransmitters and Their Receptors in the Brain on Exercise-Induced Central Fatigue

Amino acids are important neurotransmitters in the brain,change of them is one of reasons of fatigue during prolonged exercise.In this review,the profile of amino acids neurotransmitters and their receptors,the relationships with fatigue and its determination in researches were reviewed,and make the outlook of the research and development directions based on them.Data indicate that,the relationship between amino acid neurotransmitters and exercise-induced central fatigue is mostly concentrated in the neurotransmitter levels at present,so the research in the future should be coupled receptor expression,with other types of neurotransmitters comprehensive analysis of the interactions between these factors and their relationships with the exercise-induced central fatigue.
