Objective: To study the effects of anisodamin on immunologlc function of normal mice. Methods: ICR male mice were randomly divided into groups and were injected with drugs for 7 days.We assayed the function of T lymphocyte transformation with MTT test, examined the function of B lymphocyte with hemolytic antibody plaques formation test, determined the function of non-specific immunity with phagocytosis of macrophages, and measured the content changes of cytokine IL-2 and TNF-α in serum with ELISA.Results: Anisodamin presented no effect on the function of humoral immunity(P0.05),but inhibited cell mediated immune response significantly(P0.01).Anisodamin depressed the content of cytokine IL-2 and TNF-α in serum obviously(P0.01,P0.05).Conclusions: Anisodamin has an immunomodulatory effect within these dosage.
