Food Safety and Rice Production in China

Based on the history of rice production,from the view of grain consume and world grain commerce,the paper pointed out the importance of rice production in china agricultural food production,the stable increase of rice yield was the guarantee of national grains safety;based on the comparison of the rice yield perhectare home and abroad,rice production potential was analyzed,the paper point out rice yield perhectare in China still had grade increase space,rice yield could meet the demand of future;The development strategies of rice production to guarantee China national food safety was also probed.
