Electrochemical Behaviors of Dopamine at FcA/Nafion/GCE and Its Determination Application by SWV

The electrochemical behaviors of dopamine(DA) at FcA/Nafion/GCE were studied and the kinetics parameters were determined.The experimental results showed that FcA/Nafion/GCE showed an excellent electrocatalytic activity for DA.The peak current increased about 10 times and the oxidation peak potentials shifted negatively 60 mV for DA at FcA/Nafion/GCE than GCE.The electron transfer coefficient and the electrode reaction rate constant of DA on FcA/Nafion/GCE are 0.44 and 0.106 cm/s,respectively.The diffusion coefficient is 5.4×10-6 cm2/s.The catalytic current of DA vs.its concentration had a good linear relationship in the concentration range between 1.0×10-5 mol/L and 2.0×10-3 mol/L by SWV.The correlation coefficient is 0.998 9.DA concentration in commercial injection samples was determined.The relative standard deviation is between 0.9% and 1.1% and recovery is in the range between 97.5% and 100.1% with the detection limit of 1.0×10-6 mol/L.The determination results are satisfactory.
