Research of nonlinear seepage start-up pressure gradient determine method

Unconventional reservoir as heavy oil and low permeability reservoirs have different seepage rule with conventional reservoir,there exists start-up pressure gradient and seepage rule does not comply with the darcy's law,the correct understanding and measuring start-up pressure gradient on the exploitation of unconventional reservoir has an important significance.In recent years,on the analysis of the nonlinear seepage minimum start -up pressure gradient and proposed a method to determine the start-up pressure gradient and technical basis,summarized in the process existing problems, and put forward some solutions.The work for the future unconventional reservoir seepage rule research laid the foundation,further improve oil recovery.
