Health-care function and exploitation in the food of garlic

Wang Chuyan (Sericultural Research Institute,Anhui Academy of Agricultural Science, Hefei 230061)  
The composition and function of the garlic were mainly introduced in this paper, and the key points in the exploitation of garlic were analyzed. At last, the application of garlic in the food was discussed.
