Measurement Methods of Heat Conduct Coefficient of Biomass

Two kinds of method to measure the heat conduct coefficient of low heat conduct materials were introduced. The advantages of each method and each usage were also stressed. Applying the proper method, the heat conduct coefficients of some kinds of biomass(Corncobs,Saw dust and Tree leaves) were measured. The affection factors on heat conduct coefficient of biomass are also discussed. It was found that the variations of heat conduct coefficient are linear with the biomass temperature.
