The Impact of Reduction and Replacement Policy on Famers' Willingness to Adopt the Organic Fertilizer Substitution Technology Mode——An Empirical Analysis Based on theSurvey Data of Tea Growers in Hubei

It is of great practical significance to study the farmers' willingness to adopt the organic fertilizer substitution technology mode for the improvement of chemical fertilizer reduction and organic fertilizer substitution policy in China. Using the survey data of tea growers in Hubei Province,this paper applied the binary Logistic model to test the effect of the reduction substitution policy on farmers' willingness to adopt the organic fertilizer substitution technology mode. The research shows that:(1) Chemical fertilizer is mainly used in the cultivation of tea,while the application rate of organic fertilizer is relatively lower. However,farmers generally have a strong desire to use organic fertilizer to replace chemical fertilizer.(2) Most farmers are willing to adopt the organic fertilizer substitution technology mode to improve their production, but there are differences in the intentions to adopt different types of technology mode.(3)Farmers' willingness to adopt the"organic fertilizer + formula fertilizer"and"organic manure + mechanical deep application"technology modes is influenced by the technology support policies; the adoption of the"teabog-animal"is easily affected by the supporting service policies; and the"Organic manure + water and fertilizer integration"technology mode is easily affected by the agricultural products sales service policies. Therefore,differentiated fertilizer reduction and replacement policy should be implemented according to the characteristics of different types of technical modes to improve the level of chemical fertilizer reduction and organic fertilizer substitution in China.
